Sales, refund and liability rules

13 clauses — all of them are binding.

   Clause 1

   By buying software you consciously accept the risks. All software carries the risk of getting blocked; in private software this risk is merely minimized.

   Clause 2

   Refunds are possible only in individual cases and only with the consent of the software developer. If the software you bought does not work or does not start, the developer will first personally look at the problem and try to fix it, but is not obliged to do so, since every product ships with launch and activation instructions. After that you have a chance of receiving a refund, but even this does not guarantee one, because in some cases the malfunction may be caused by a cracked, hacked or modified Windows installation, by your internet connection, or by the PC itself rather than by the product. The developer also has the right to refuse support if you left a negative review and do not agree to remove it; in that case the funds are non-refundable.

   In case of long software updates, any compensation for downtime is solely at the discretion of the administration or the software developer.

   If certain software functions do not work on your Windows build, there will be no refund; installing a suitable build is required.

   Clause 5

   If you bought software that does not fit your Windows version (this is stated in the product information and you simply did not notice), there will be no refund. You must read the product description carefully.

   If you cannot configure or launch the software yourself, you may ask the administration for help, but it is not obliged to help, since the instructions are written in several languages and contain all the necessary information.

   The administration is not responsible for the performance of the digital product on a specific user device, because the Windows installation itself may be broken and the software may therefore work incorrectly or not at all. In such cases reinstalling your operating system is recommended.

   For insulting the administration you may lose your key activation and be blacklisted as a customer of the store.

   The site administration has the right to change this user agreement at any time.

    Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

    If you do not agree with the rules of the site, we advise you not to buy private software here.

    When using private programs there is a chance of receiving an account ban, a computer (hardware) ban, an IP address ban and other types of bans present in games. In private software these risks are minimized.

    If the functions of the private software you bought differ from those stated on the site, a refund or replacement is possible only with the consent of the software developer. Some functions may be enabled or disabled at the developer's discretion in order to lower the chance of your in-game account being banned.
